I was feeling mentally drained when I realized one tiny part on my robot had broken, and I really didn’t want to deal with replacing the whole unit. I was surprised to find RobotShop actually had the exact part in stock. Ordering was easy, it arrived without any issues, and it worked out fine. Definitely nice to fix one small piece instead of buying an entirely new robot. I’d use RobotShop again.

I got my refund way faster than I expected, and there was no drama at all. Super smooth experience.

I figured these parts would be solid, and so far they’ve pretty much confirmed that. Everything feels sturdy, fit like it should, and has been working good up to now. No complaints from me

The pages loaded perfectly fine, so no real complaints there. But trying to find the right parts was kind of a hassle. The filters kept resetting on me, which got annoying quickly. Checkout also felt more complicated than it needed to be. Overall, it works, but the shopping experience could definitely be smoother.

My robot broke while it was still under warranty, and getting help was just slow, slow, slow. I had to send the same info twice and then wait weeks before I got a clear answer. To be fair, they did reply, but the whole process was really frustrating.

Support kept asking me the same basic things over and over, then they’d take days to reply, and after all that back and forth my robot still don’t work so it’s been frustrating.

I was expecting it to be a bit of a headache, and maybe it was slightly annoying having to contact support at all, but they sorted it out quickly with no real hassle. Not perfect, but I can’t really complain either

I ordered from RobotShop and overall it went okay. The product arrived fine, but a couple of the details listed on the page seemed a bit off, so I ended up checking the specs on another site before actually using it. It wasn’t a huge problem, but compared to other places where the info is usually... Anyway, just worth double-checking before you buy

Robotshop has a good range of parts and robot kits, more than I expected. Some items are kinda hard to compare though, and a few categories feel a little messy. I did find what I needed in the end, but it took some digging.

I thought shipping was going to cost more, so I was pleasantly surprised when it was reasonable at checkout. I really appreciated that there weren’t any random extra fees popping up at the last minute. For what I ordered, the total felt fair and not like I was being overcharged. Grateful for the straightforward pricing and I’d definitely order again

I had a question about my order, nothing too complicated, but I wasn’t totally sure what was going on and wanted to check before assuming anything. I reached out to customer service and they actually got back to me the same day, which I appreciated because I’ve had plenty of times with other companies where you just end up waiting around. It took a little back and forth to get everything fully sorted, mostly just clarifying details, but they were helpful and polite the whole time. In the end, the issue was resolved fine, so overall I’d say it was a good experience.

I was just trying to buy a small robot part, and the checkout kept sending me back to the shipping page, super annoying. My card was totally fine, but I got some weird error twice before it finally went through after I refreshed. Then the shipping price changed a little at the very end, not a huge deal, but the whole checkout process felt clunky and kind of stressful

My item ended up being on backorder, so I was a little worried at first and kept wondering if I should’ve ordered somewhere else. robotshop did send email updates though, which helped. It took longer than I was hoping, but the information was clear enough, and in the end everything arrived fine...

I’m picky about shipping times because I hate waiting around for packages, so I was pleasantly surprised when this showed up earlier than I thought it would. The only thing I wasn’t crazy about was the tracking, it didn’t update as much as I’d like. But overall, I’m happy with how fast it got here

The box got here safe and sound, packed really well, and yeah, no damage at all. Everything looked good when I opened it.

I was kind of in a rush when I bought it, but it turned out to be a good value overall. Nothing too fancy, but it does what I needed and feels worth the price
